Home Child Care Provider - NOC 4411
Eligibility of Home Child Care Provider:
1. The applicant obtains a genuine and valid Canadian job offer
2. The applicant has the ability and experience to take the job offered
3. The applicant must have a completed post-secondary education credential of at least 1 year or an valid Education Credential Assessment issued by a designated institution within 5 years prior to the application for permanent resident.
4. Language proficiency CLB 5
5. The applicant must have 24 months of full-time working experience in Canada in the 36 months before you apply
Main Job duties to be a Home Child Care Provider (NOC 4411)
1. Take care of children under the age of 18 in the employer's home or your own home
2. Full time (at least 30 hours per week), working in any province except Quebec
3. The applicant does not need to live in the employer's home
4. Experience as a foster parents does not count
Home Support Worker - NOC 4412
Eligibility of Home Support Worker:
1. The applicant obtains a genuine and valid Canadian job offer
2. The applicant has the ability and experience to take the job offered
3. The applicant must have a completed post-secondary education credential of at least 1 year or an valid Education Credential Assessment issued by a designated institution within 5 years prior to the application for permanent resident.
4. Language proficiency CLB 5
5. The applicant must have 24 months of full-time working experience in Canada in the 36 months before you apply
Main Job duties to be a Home Support Worker (NOC 4412)
1. Accompany and take care of someone at the employer's home or your own home, and be responsible for the food, daily routine and medicine etc.
2. Full time (at least 30 hours per week), working in any province except Quebec
3. The applicant does not need to live in the employer's home
4. Housekeeper cannot apply for this immigration
Processing of Home Child Care Provider and Home Support Worker
1.For whose work experience as a Home Child Care Provider and Home Support Worker in Canada less than 24 month within 36 months before application, the applicants can apply for a work permit application and the permanent resident application at the same time. Once the applicants have obtained 24 months full time work experience in Canada, the application on PR will resume.
2. Language level minimum CLB 5
3. There is a cap on application for both NOC 4411 and NOC4412 through Home Child Care Provider and Home Support Work program each year
4. The employer may be an individual
5. Any work experience you had while you were a full-time student doesn’t count

Government application fee: $550 permanent resident rights fee (principal applicant, spouse), $150 immigration application fee (each child aged 22 and under, if applicable), $85 (or $170 per family) biometric fingerprint information collection fee.
Other expenses: medical examination expenses, document translation expenses, mailing expenses, no crime certificate, etc.
