Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot


Eligibility requirement for the applicants:

1. Work experience and Education:

You have at least one year of full-time (or equivalent part-time) working experience in the past three years, whether that work experience is continuous or not, or you have graduated from a publicly funded post-secondary institution in the recommending community

International students are exempt from the work experience requirement above if you graduated with

a. A credential from a post-secondary program of 2 years or longer and you were studying full time for the full duration of 2 years, applying for permanent resident within 18 months since graduation, in the community for at least 16 months of the recent 24 months before graduation.

b. A master degree or higher if you were studying full time for the duration of you study, apply permanent resident within 18 months after graduation, and you were in the community for the length of your studies.


2.Language requirement:

Language benchmark should be met based on the NOC category that applies to the job offer in the community. The language test results must be less than 2 years old when you apply for permanent resident.

NOC 0 and A: CLB/NCLC 6

NOC B: CLB/NCLC 5

NOC C and D: CLB/NCLC 4



3. Obtain the job offer from the employer of the community and the community recommends you to work in the community (for details, please refer to the official website of each community for the recommendation process and requirements)


4. You have a Canadian secondary school credential or Education Credential Assessment report from a designated organization shows you completed a foreign credential equal to a Canadian secondary school diploma or certificate


5. Intention to live in the community


6. You must prove you have enough money to support yourself and any family members while you get settled in your community


7. You must also meet community-specific requirement where the employer of the job offer is issued.

Our services:

We will learn about your situation and intention during the initial consultation. Based on the applicant’s actual situation, we provide useful and practical advice. Our service include,

· Provide the client with requirements and suggestions on the application for the Rural and Northern Pilot Program;

· Inform the client of the forms and documents to be submitted when applying;

· Assist the client to fill in relevant forms and submit them;

· Provide full guidance to the client during the application process, review all the client's documents and ensure the consistency and accuracy of the contents of the documents;

· Guide the client to go through the physical examination and safety review procedures and obtain the required physical examination certificate and safety review certificate;

· Submit the client's immigration application documents to relevant government departments;

· Inform the client of the progress and status of his immigration application;

· Handle all communications with Immigration Canada on behalf of the client;

· Act as the liaison between the government of Canada and the client;


Cost:

Government application fee: $825 permanent resident application fee (principal applicant and spouse), $500 permanent resident rights fee (principal applicant and spouse), $225 immigration application fee (each child aged 22 and below, if applicable), $85 (or $170 per family) biometrics information collection fee.
